"We had a wonderful trip to Argentina, and give Fred and Argentina Exploration Journeys our highest recommendation. My husband and I traveled with our two college-age kids.
We have done a lot of traveling. I usually make all of the plans myself, because I like to tailor the activities to exactly what we want to do. But, this year was too busy to figure it out. Thank goodness, because the trip we had with Argentina Exploration Journeys was much better than what I could have put together.
Fred was incredibly helpful and responsive, and gave great advice on planning the activities. We went back and forth a few times with itineraries to make sure it met our needs.
Not only was Fred completely professional and accurate, but all of the tour guides, activities, drivers etc. which were arranged by Fred were exceptional. Our trip was absolutely flawless until there was an unannounced airline strike on the day we were to fly home.
We were stranded in Ushuaia because flights for the next 5 days were fully booked! Fortunately, Fred and his local team helped us promptly return home, leaving through Chile, and he even then helped us succesfully claim a refund with the airline for the cancelled flight! A first-class operation. Thank you!"
