"In mid October we traveled to Argentina, the land of the spectacular
waterfalls, mountains, glaciers, wildlife, tango, food and wine. The Country has
it all! But the two of us, who have had the opportunity to do a lot of
traveling, were especially impressed by Exploration Journeys, explicitly
Fred,who with his impeccable planning and execution helped give us a trip that
exceeded all expectations.
With his prompt attention in helping us devise our perfect itinerary, providing
us with his amazing travel booklet that was packed full of information, and
assuring us, that if we needed any help during our travels, he was only a phone
call away, Fred gave us a stress free vacation.We actually thought of him as our
phantom travel companion!
We really enjoyed touring the Country. Argentina is truly beautiful and Fred
provided excellent, knowledgeable guides both on the group and private tours. On
the private tours where we had our own guides for two or three days, we became
so friendly with them that we actually felt sad when we had to say our goodbyes.
In the beginning of our trip we spent four days in Buenos Aires, enjoying the
city, with another three days at the end. Upon our return there, we were greeted
by the hotel staff, who said "Welcome Home!" We indeed did feel right at home in
a Country where we had never been, and unfortunately did not know the language,
but because of the care we received from Fred, and because of the excellent
reception we received wherever we went, we were always made to feel welcome.
