The service while we were on the trip was excellent. By email they were readily available for any questions, concerns, needs you might have. Our emails were answered within 5 minutes. Our plane boarding passes were always waiting for us. We had a few things that needed to be adjusted and they were all promptly attended to. For instance my husband was ill and couldn’t go to the estancia with me. I was concerned about the walk back from the drop off point to our hotel. Last minute they organized a private driver so I could go to the estancia. That was just one example of the support we had during the trip.
One of the guides said he particularly liked working with Exploration Journeys. He said it wasn’t easy for an agency based in Buenos Aires to coordinate activities at different places in Argentina and have the trip run smoothly. Said he, as we were, was impressed with their coordination abilities.
We had a busy trip over a 21 day period. Were at 5 different cities with as many or more guides and lots of activities. There were suggestions for free time and restaurants. Having priority seating was especially nice. The guides were top notch, knowledgeable and entertaining. Loved seeing a mother sea lion roll over on her back and her pups rushing to get their meal. Seeing all the nature, exploring the outdoors, drinking Malbec, great food, meeting the people, it was a perfect trip. Thank you very much."
